1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the running of the "Escape Game" (called the"Game”), организирана от Фънки Мънкис ЕООД, ЕИК: 206939260, със седалище и адрес на управление гр.София, обл. София-град, общ. Столична, п.к. 1000, р-н Възраждане, бул. “Александър Стамболийски” 34 представлявано от управителя Рами Цимерман (наричан за краткост „Game Organizer for short”).

2. The game takes place in a room specially designated for this purpose and in compliance with the established rules for its participants.

3. Each participant in the Game is obliged to adhere to these general conditions and rules in the interest of general safety during the Game.

4. The organizer of the Game is not responsible for incidents that may occur during the Game, in the event that they are due to the behavior of a participant or negligence on the part of the participants, including for incidents related to the misuse of objects that a participant has illegally entered the premises.

5. В Играта могат да участват само лица, навършили 16-годишна възраст. Лица, ненавършили 16 години не могат да участват в Играта без изключения!

6. Women in advanced pregnancy, persons with cardiovascular problems, as well as persons suffering from hypertension and other health conditions that may be negatively affected by the game may not participate in the Game. The organizer of the game is not responsible for accidents with participants who, despite their health, take part in the game.

7. The maximum duration of one session of the Game is 75 minutes, and a minimum of two people and a maximum of six can participate in one session. Participants are not entitled to request an extension of the playing time in case this would cause delays in the work schedule.

8. If, during the course of the Game, one of the participants is unable to continue his participation due to health or other reasons, he must terminate his participation in the Game and leave the premises, accompanied, if necessary, by other participants. In this case, if the Game is not reset, the other participants can continue their participation in the Game that has started.

In the event of an accident or serious illness of one of the participants, a representative of the Game Organizer exercising control over the Game process may decide on its premature termination.

9. In the event that a group of participants in the Game is prevented for objective reasons from participating, the scheduled time and date of the Game should be canceled no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. Otherwise, the participants of the respective group owe a penalty equal to the value of the deposit paid for the reservation. In case the participants are late by more than 15 minutes from the announced start of the Game, the agreed session of the Game cannot be changed to another day and time once.

10. The participants in the Game are obliged to use the facilities and equipment located in the premises with the necessary care. The organizer of the game reserves all rights to claim compensation in the event of a deliberate attempt by the participants to damage tools, equipment and facilities that are part of the premises and are the property of the organizer of the game. The organizer of the Game may terminate it at any time in the event that any of the participants refuses to comply with the rules of the Game or to follow the instructions of the officials exercising control over the premises. In this case, the Organizer will not owe a partial or full refund of the fees paid by the participants.

11. The organizer of the game guarantees that it has insured the premises for damages that occur in the event of accidents in the premises where the game is held.

12. In the room where the Game is held, it is strictly prohibited:

1.   Заснемане на изображения от всякакъв вид, като снимки, звукозаписи, видеоклипове и др. чрез използване на фотоапарати, видеокамери, мобилни телефони с камера, лаптопи и други устройства с вградена камера и/или микрофон; Организаторът на играта си запазва правото да поиска имидж права за участниците, когато снимките са направени в рамките на неговите съоръжения и помещения, както и да иска забрана за публикуване на тези снимки в Интернет, в социалните мрежи и на всякакви други места за споделяне с широк кръг потребители, както и да иска забрана за използването им за промоционални цели;

2.   Внасянето на всякакви вещи в помещението, които биха  могли да причинят вреди на участниците или на други вещи, намиращи се в помещението, както и  внасянето, притежанието и консумацията на алкохолни напитки, наркотични вещества или всякакви други психотропни вещества в рамките на помещението на  Играта;

3.   Участието на лица, употребили алкохол или всякакъв вид лекарства или други психотропни вещества;

4.   Участието на лица с ниско ниво на лична хигиена;

5.   Участието на лица, които проявяват агресия и които биха причинили щети в помещението или биха подстрекавали други участници да извършват нарушения в помещението.

13. Any information about the Game is a trade secret that cannot be disclosed in any way or used. Information obtained in this connection shall be kept confidential.

14. Copying, distribution, public display or creation of other games that could be considered derivatives of the Game is prohibited. The Game Organizer reserves all rights to take legal action against any person who has committed an intellectual property right violation.

15. It is prohibited for any person, directly or indirectly, for his own benefit or for the benefit of another person, firm or corporation, and any other firm other than the Game Organizer, to develop an activity that directly or indirectly involves conducting the Game, and which competes with the activity of the Game Organizer, within 2 years of becoming familiar with these general terms and conditions. In case of violation of the ban on competition by the participant for the specified period, the Organizer has the right to claim compensation according to the general rules.

16. It is forbidden to participate in the Game without the written consent in the form of a declaration of each participant individually.

17. By agreeing to a reservation in another room of another organizer, made by a representative of Funky Monkeys Ltd., it will be considered that you have automatically agreed to make the reservation, to the General Terms and Conditions of the other organizer, declaring that you will familiarize yourself with them from the website of the relevant organizer or on site during your visit.

18. The game organizer reserves the right to change the game rules and general conditions at any time.
