Reservation and payment

  • To confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit is paid via bank transfer
  • The balance is paid at the start of the event. The price is recalculated based on the actual number of guests
  • Date change is possible up to 3 business days before the event, subject to availability
  • Cancellation with deposit refund — up to 7 days before the event date
  • Event duration follows the venue schedule

Catering and additional services

  • We don't offer catering, but you can arrange it yourself — cake, pizza, catering of your choice, no fee from our side
  • Cutlery: bring your own or buy from us (10 plates + 20 napkins + 15 forks — 18 BGN)
  • We provide a cake knife and candle lighter
  • For children's birthdays, at least one supervisor must be provided

Sample schedule (3-hour stay)

  1. Arrival of the birthday child and parents — NO earlier than 10 minutes before the start
  2. Arrival and registration of all guests — within 15 minutes after the start
  3. Start of the game (approx. 1 hour 15 minutes with actors). During this time, parents stay in the party center
  4. After the game — time for snacks and celebration
  5. End of the celebration — leave the venue at the agreed time

Booking Terms

  • The estimated package price is subject to a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation. Payment is made by bank transfer.
  • The remaining amount is paid at the start of the event. If the number of participants decreases/increases, the price will be recalculated and you will pay only for the actual number of guests.
  • If you wish to change the date of your reservation, you can do so up to 3 business days before the event date. Please contact us as soon as possible to check available slots and confirm the change.
  • Cancellations with deposit refund are allowed up to 7 days before the event date.
  • The event duration is in accordance with the venue schedule, which must be strictly observed!
  • We do not provide a waiter or animator outside game time.
