Payment and Refund Policy

Funky Monkeys – Escape HUB

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, prepayments, refunds, and cancellations for reservations at Funky Monkeys – Escape HUB. We kindly ask all clients to review it carefully before making a reservation.

I. Individual Game Reservations (Standard Visits)

1. Payment Method

  • For individual reservations, prepayment is neither required nor accepted, unless explicitly agreed in advance with the client.
  • Payment is made on-site on the day of the visit.
  • We accept payment:
  • In cash
  • By bank card (POS terminal)

2. Gift Vouchers

Funky Monkeys – Escape HUB does not offer gift vouchers in any form.

II. Event Reservations (Birthdays, Team Buildings, Corporate Events, Organized Groups)

1. Mandatory Prepayment
To confirm an event reservation:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required, payable no later than 2 business days before the event.
  • The payment must be made via bank transfer.
  • A reservation is considered fully confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

Without completed prepayment, the date and time slot are not guaranteed.

2. Deposit Refund Policy

  • The event deposit may be refunded if cancellation is made no later than 7 calendar days prior to the event date.
  • If cancellation occurs after this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

III. Change of Date for Events

  • A date change is permitted only once.
  • Notification must be made no later than 3 days before the event.
  • The change is subject to availability in our schedule.

IV. Number of Participants

  • For events, the final amount is recalculated according to the actual number of participants on the day of the event.
  • Increasing or decreasing the number of participants does not cancel the deposit obligation.
    Game capacities are fixed and cannot be exceeded.

V. No-Show Policy

  • In case of no-show without prior notice, the reservation is considered cancelled.
  • For events, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • For standard reservations, we reserve the right to restrict future bookings.

VI. General Terms

Funky Monkeys – Escape HUB reserves the right to:

  • Refuse a reservation in case of non-compliance with the policy
  • Require written confirmation
  • Update this policy when necessary
