3. Every participant in the Games is obliged to adhere to these general terms and conditions in the interest of general safety during their conduct.

4. The organizer of the game is not responsible for incidents that may occur during the Game. In case they are due to the behavior of a participant or negligence on the part of the participants. Participation in escape games – requirements and restrictions

5. Only persons who have reached the specific age specified in advance on each web page of this Website may participate in the Game.

6. Women in advanced pregnancy, people with cardiovascular problems, as well as people suffering from hypertension and other health conditions that the game may negatively affect, cannot participate in the Game. The organizer of the game is not responsible for incidents with participants who, despite their health condition, take part in the Game.

7. The maximum duration of a Game session and the minimum and maximum number of participants are specified in advance on each corresponding web page of each Game on this website. Participants are not entitled to request an extension of the playing time in case this would cause delays in the work schedule.

8. If during the Game any of the participants is unable to continue their participation due to health or other reasons. The same must terminate their participation in the Game and leave the room, accompanied if necessary by other participants. In this case, if the Game is not reset, the remaining participants may continue their participation in the started Game.

In the event of an accident or serious illness of any of the participants, a representative of the Game Organizer, exercising control over the Game process, may decide to stop the Game prematurely.

Use of equipment and facilities

9. The participants in the Game are obliged to use the facilities and equipment located in the premises with due care. The organizer of the game reserves all rights to claim compensation in case of a deliberate attempt by the participants to damage tools, equipment and facilities, part of the premises and representing the property of the organizer of the game. The organizer of the game may terminate it at any time! In the event that any of the participants refuses to comply with the rules of the Game or follow the instructions of the employees exercising control over the premises. 10. The organizer of the game guarantees that it has insured the premises for damages that occur in the event of accidents in the premises where the game is held.

In the room where the Game is held, it is strictly prohibited:

13. 17. IMPORTANT-minimum 4 hours before the game, FUNKY MONKEYS LTD should receive confirmation of the reservation by replying to a message or phone call from the person making the reservation.
