Online payment and refund conditions for reservations
  1. Prepayment by card via the Organizer's website is possible through a banking system. MyPos.ย Official bank provider of the Organizer. The Organizer does not have access to the Client's data - card number and its remaining data, bank details, etc. An event organized to be held by the Organizer can also be paid for by bank transfer on a Proforma invoice.
  2. Amount paid by the client via card and bank transfer cannot be refunded to the client. under 14 days of the upcoming event.ย 
  3. Refunds of the difference in the number of participants are also not subject to refund, even if it is less than the prepaid amount. In the case of more people showing up than the prepaid amount, then the difference in cash is paid on site before the event.
  4. The client has the right to be given the opportunity to 1pc. change the date of the event. When a second, subsequent change of date is necessary, then the Client owes 50% of the prepaid amount.
  5. If clients do not show up on the day and time they booked and without warning, the amount they paid will be forfeited. non-refundable.
  6. ย When issued invoice to a legal entity, it must be paid at least 7 days before the date of the reservation. Otherwise, it will be automatically canceled.
