Arranging the perfect birthday party with us is easy! Just contact us, choose a date and capacity.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation (via bank transfer or PayLink). The balance is paid on the day of the event.
If the number of players changes, the price is recalculated and you only pay for the actual number of guests.
You can change the reservation date up to 3 business days before the event (after checking availability).
Cancellations with a refund of the deposit are possible up to 7 days before the event date.
The pre-specified duration of the event is strictly adhered to.
🛑 Important Rules for Safety and Comfort at a Children's Birthday Party:
Cake candles are allowed, but confetti, fireworks, cake fountains and all other incendiary devices are not allowed. are strictly prohibited at the Party Center.

We do not offer a waiter or animator outside of game time. For children's birthday parties, it is mandatory to provide at least one supervisor for the children.
